Luxury hip new property with top-class and attentive staff at the reception desk. Incredible and marvellous breakfast with a wide range of food options. Unbeatable central location, just next door to the beach, and the center of Chicago. Also, by interesting artwork.

It was the best of Chicago hotels I visited before

Generally great service with parking on site. Thanks to the accommodating staff everything was nice, including plenty ofappetising food. Incredible location not too far from a public park.

Great customer care, parking on site. The room was huge and ideal, and we were provided with good lighting, 2 double beds, spacious bathrooms. Helpful and accommodating staff, early check in.

The location near the Magnificent Mile is fantastic for exploring the city, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The pool experience was disappointing, as it was often out of service and not maintained well. The room offered was smaller than expected and lacked some necessary amenities, like enough towels for three adults. The strict policies around the minibar were also quite off-putting.

It's super close to great spots like the Magnificent Mile for shopping. The rooftop restaurant was a highlight with its amazing views and delicious, healthy options. There's also a lovely coffee spot for breakfast that's easy on the wallet. Perfect for our group vacation!

Parking was a hassle. They charged quite a bit for valet, and self-parking was not much cheaper. It's a bit annoying considering the nightly rate we paid for the room.

The staff provided really good service, efficiently assisting with all my business needs. The room was spacious and featured a fine view of the downtown skyline. The gym was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine. The location was strategic, being just a few blocks from key business venues.

The check-in process was slightly delayed due to high traffic at the front desk.

Spacious room, beautiful view, with a great location just a 10-minute stroll from downtown attractions and fine lake views from the 11th floor room.

The steaks at Bellwether were hand-cut and downright legendary! Plus, the cozy lobby fireside setup made for a perfect Chicago evening. The location couldn't be beat for convenient strolls through the city!

The location was perfect for our family, right near the lake and walking distance to attractions like Navy Pier. The rooms were spacious and the large, comfy beds allowed us to recharge well after a busy day exploring. My girls enjoyed the toys they got!

Fantastic for Families Looking for Fun

They had a great pool open all day from 7am-9pm, a big hit with the kids! Plus, the hotel is super clean and cute, we felt right at home as soon as we walked in.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable for what we got.

The Loews Chicago Hotel has a beautifully inviting lobby with a cozy fireplace, ample seating, and modern decor that makes it accessible and comfortable for seniors. The spacious rooms offered great views and plenty of natural light.
